Online Auction: Terms and Conditions

Auction Format

This is an online auction conducted on the CG Facebook page.
Bidders must comment their bid on the auction post to participate.

Bidding Process

The reserve price for each lot is set and must be met for a bid to be valid.
Bidders must place increments of at least R100 above the previous highest bid.
The highest bid at the closing time will be deemed the winner.

Auction Closing & Winning Bids

The auction closes on 28 February 2025 at 16:00 SAST.
The winning bidder will be announced in the comments and contacted via Facebook Messenger.
If the highest bidder fails to make payment within 48 hours, the lot will be offered to the next highest bidder.

Payment & Collection

Full payment is required via EFT before collection.
Transport is not included; the winning bidder must arrange collection.
All goods must be collected from the CG Factory at 31 Morewood Road, Hammarsdale within 7 days of auction closing.
 

Product Condition & Liability

Items are sold as is. No warranties, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
Buyers are encouraged to view the goods in person before bidding.
 

General Terms

CG reserves the right to cancel or extend the auction if necessary.
